Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using FlowServIQ, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms form a binding agreement between you and FlowServIQ ("we", "us").

2. The Service

FlowServIQ is a building operations and maintenance management platform. We provide tools for work order tracking, preventive maintenance scheduling, asset management, inventory, vendor management, and related functions.

3. Your Account

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
  • You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
  • One account per organization. You may invite team members under your organization.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use FlowServIQ for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems.
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
  • Resell or sublicense access to FlowServIQ without written permission.
  • Scrape or extract data from the platform in bulk.

5. Payment & Billing

  • Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance.
  • All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

6. Your Data

You own your data. We do not claim any ownership over content you upload or create in FlowServIQ. You grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

7. Availability & Uptime

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime, data loss, or service interruptions. We recommend exporting your data regularly using the built-in CSV export.

8. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time by emailing us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days.

9. Limitation of Liability

FlowServIQ is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of your state of residence.
