FlowServIQ ("we", "us", "our") is a building operations and maintenance management platform operated by FlowServIQ. You can reach us at vfranmer29@gmail.com.
2. What We Collect
- Account information: your name, email address, and password (hashed — we never store it in plain text).
- Organization data: assets, work orders, maintenance logs, inventory, and vendor records you enter into the platform.
- Usage data: pages visited, actions taken, and error logs — used to improve the product.
- Uploaded files: photos and documents you attach to work orders or assets.
3. How We Use Your Data
- To provide and operate the FlowServIQ service.
- To send transactional emails (password resets, work order notifications).
- To generate reports and summaries within your account.
- To debug errors and improve reliability.
We do not sell your data to third parties. Ever.
4. Data Storage
Your data is stored on Railway.app servers (hosted on AWS). Uploaded files are stored on the same infrastructure. We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by emailing us.
5. Cookies & Sessions
We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking.
6. Your Rights
- Access or export your data at any time via the CSV export feature.
- Request deletion of your account and all associated data.
- Correct inaccurate information in your account settings.

7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We'll notify you by email if changes are material. Continued use of FlowServIQ after changes constitutes acceptance.
